I’m a marketing executive at New Ocean Information System (NOIS), an IT company that provides Azure cloud-based software solutions, digital transformation services for manufacturing, and IT outsourcing to help businesses streamline operations, reduce costs, and improve efficiency.

What challenge were you trying to address with AIQuinta?

We hired AIQuinta to achieve three core objectives: structure and secure our enterprise knowledge base as a long-term, fully owned asset; deploy specialized AI agents grounded strictly in our internal data to support manufacturing and operational decision-making; and ensure enterprise-grade security, governance, and flexible deployment aligned with our IT architecture. AIQuinta has audited and consolidated our internal documents, SOPs, and operational data. The team has also designed and structured a centralized, permission-controlled knowledge base and established governance workflows for continuous updates and expert validation.Moreover, AIQuinta has configured the AIQuinta platform environment, including workspace, roles, and security policies. The team has also deployed specialized domain agents aligned with manufacturing use cases and enabled orchestration across agents for multi-step workflows.Additionally, AIQuinta has integrated the platform with our internal systems, such as SCADA, MES, and ERP, and configured controlled data pipelines to ensure secure data flow. The engagement has covered strategy, technical implementation, integration, and governance, resulting in a production-ready AI agent ecosystem rather than a pilot experiment.
