Our platform offers services including dog boarding, dog sitting, dog walking, drop in visits, daycare, grooming and house sitting. We also provide tools that help pet parents book services, communicate with caregivers, manage reservations and make secure payments, while enabling service providers to efficiently manage their businesses. Our focus is on delivering a safe, reliable and convenient experience for both pet owners and caregivers through innovative technology.

The key deliverables included the development of custom AI powered automation workflows, integration with our internal platforms and APIs, intelligent document and data processing capabilities and automated workflow orchestration for routine operational tasks. They also provided testing, deployment, knowledge transfer and post-launch optimization to ensure the solution performed reliably in production. The final implementation improved process efficiency, reduced manual intervention, enhanced data accuracy and created a scalable foundation for future AI initiatives across our organization.
