AIMI is a consolidated, safe and reliable company that provides all international logistics services, transporting any type of merchandise in the agreed time and place.

AIMI began in 1976 in the Costa Rican market as a customs agency, with a total of 6 employees. At that time they were basically dedicated to destocking in the Main Customs (today called Central Customs) and in the Santamaría Customs. By the year 2000 it already had offices located throughout the national territory: Peñas Blancas, Paso Canoas, Limón, Caldera, Santamaría, Central and Sixaola.

Later, in the early 80's, the company began operations as an air cargo transportation company, becoming an IATA agent in 1988. In 1991 we began to carry out maritime import operations and in 1996 we began land transportation to Central America. In 1998, AIMI also began to handle maritime export cargo.

AIMI opens its own offices in Nicaragua (in 2003) and begins its international participation through contracts with different agents worldwide.

In 2004 the company's current facilities were built and Aimi Logística (customs agency) and Aimi Consolidaciones (international freight forwarding company) operate jointly.

In 2006, consulting operations and special regimen procedures began in earnest: Free Trade Zone and Active Improvement. Local transportation is strengthened, with its own fleet of trucks.
At this moment AIMI is a consolidated, safe and reliable company that provides all international logistics services, transporting all goods in the necessary quantity, at the agreed time and place.
