For what projects/services did your company hire AiGrow?

We wanted to grow our brand awareness and to bring leads from Instagram to our website, We used them to grow our Instagram accounts manually with their account managers on the growth activities + scheduling content and giveaways for us.

What were your goals for this project?

To increase our leads by 20% per month from Instagram's social channel.

How did you select AiGrow?

We were referred to as a coworker, we did a quick demo with one of their representatives and we were quite happy after our trial.

What was the team composition?

Initially a quick walkthrough with one of their representatives and then a group with 2 account manager which one was the manager and was involved in reportings.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We were a newbie in the market, but we outranked competitors in many volume hashtags + get a good amount of leads and sale coming from our Instagram channel.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Good, haven't had a problem yet - but basically we give them the content for a month and they take care of the postings and we give them target audience metrics and they do their activities based on them.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

It's good pricing. They're basically an agency with SaaS-like pricing and good services CS is cool too and the account managers are always on.

Are there any areas for improvement?

they could be more known to the public, and they could improve their giveaway tools a bit too.
