Our Story

aiagentuur.ee was founded in Tartu by Heikki Mägi and Simo Luts to put AI to work in Estonian companies. Heikki leads AI strategy and training; his past training experience includes LHV Bank's home-loan department (2025) and SA Viljandimaa Arenduskeskus. What Sets Us Apart

We build it and put it to work

A consultant maps the work and leaves. We build the AI agent, put it to work in your company and train your team. Deployment and team training are included in the price.

Exact price before you decide

We agree on the scope, the price and which data the AI may see before we build. Aifactory OÜ is not VAT registered, so the prices are final.

You own what we build

The systems, the foundations and the access stay yours: we don't build dependence, we build an asset. The founders run dozens of AI agents that do real work in their own companies every day.

Commonly Asked Questions

It starts with a 45-minute video call. We agree on who takes part, what you want as the result and the date. For an AI agent, we agree on the scope, the price and which data the AI may see before we build, and you give us 1–2 people who know how the work really runs.

Practical AI team training (2 hours, EUR 1,200 per group of up to 30), full-day AI strategy and process mapping (EUR 2,000), custom AI agents (from EUR 2,000), and AI team guidance (EUR 1,600/month for at least 3 months). Guidance includes two working sessions per month, reviews and written answers. We agree the exact scope and price before work starts.

The first version of an AI agent is ready within weeks; a larger system is built in parts. The AI training takes 2 hours and the AI strategy day one full working day.

You do. The systems, the foundations and the access stay yours.

We agree which data the AI may access and which it may not. Data remains under your control, and data-protection requirements can be addressed during process mapping. The implementation and any required agreements depend on your systems, data and use case.
