AI Solutions is a Portuguese AI-first software company working with SMEs across Portugal, founded in 2024 by Josias Ponte and Diogo Gonçalves. It was born inside Tec2Go, an auto-accessories e-commerce store, where an in-house AI assistant raised cart conversion from 3.4% to 10.3%; other businesses started asking for the same. Today we build AI assistants for WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook and websites, AI voice agents that answer and make calls, custom software integrated with PHC, Moloni, Shopify and WooCommerce, and automatic quoting. Our Story

AI Solutions was born in 2024 inside Tec2Go, a Portuguese e-commerce store where customer messages took 8 hours to answer. We built an AI assistant trained on the store's real conversations: replies dropped to under a minute and cart conversion rose from 3.4% to 10.3%. Other businesses asked for the same. Today our Lisbon team builds AI agents, voice agents and custom software for Portuguese SMEs. We always spend weeks listening before we automate anything.

A standard project takes around six weeks from kick-off to production. We use AI in our own development, so it takes about half the time of a classic software project, with the same testing. For custom software, the client sees a working prototype with their own data by the second meeting. Projects with external dependencies can take longer, and we say so in the first meeting, before any proposal is signed.
