Our partnership with AI Solutions was centered on creating an intuitive online platform for the travel and rental home industries. The creation of a secure user registration process, an integrated analytical engine, and an easy-to-use interface with Python Django were the main deliverables. This engine was created expressly to sort through listings, highlight attractive offers, and provide thorough ratings to make sure our platform remained at the forefront of business advancements.

AI Solutions took what another provider had done, built a backup site, and switched sites overnight. On this project, they were in charge of handling and supporting the integration of all systems involved. They’ve also done an ERP implementation for my new company, and they keep making multiple upgrades and customizations, as well as building modules.

AI solutions team are very good at what they do, and they’ve exceeded expectations from both the implementation and service standpoints. We’ve had little to no downtime with our systems, and their responsiveness in fixing problems has been extraordinary.

AI Solution's project management is great. We keep lists of tasks to manage the projects, but we don’t use any specific platform to collaborate, we just base our engagement on human interaction. In addition to in-person collaboration, we communicate through multiple channels, including Zoom meetings, phone calls, and emails.

I work as a Product Manager at a large media agency in Chech Republic. We have an HR portal, and we needed Python developers for its development.

Our product is an HR portal that securely stores candidates' data. Data privacy is the main problem of all aggregating portals for finding a job or providing vacancies. We wanted to develop a solution to ensure that the website does not leak data to third parties. The candidate registers on the website, creates their own account, and has the opportunity to encrypt sensitive data with their own encryption key.

If an employer suddenly becomes interested in their candidacy, the candidate can decipher only that part of the information that they consider necessary and only for this employer.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We found them online, contacted them, discussed our requirements, and signed a contract.

They offered to use blockchain under the hood with all possible means of encryption, storage of requests for information, and billing. The main part is written in Python, and part of the application logic is written in Golang - these are the main APIs for working with the frontend, as well as containing non-critical parts of the business logic. The logic responsible for billing, as well as automation of work with employers' requests, is located in smart contracts.

When creating an employer request for information about a certain candidate, a special smart contract is now created that allows you to guarantee the transfer of information only between these two subjects and also guarantees the transfer of remuneration for hiring a candidate, subject to a successful interview.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Encrypting critical data before adding it to the database guarantees its privacy, even for the site where this data is hosted. The site cannot sell this data because it is encrypted and anonymized. Only the candidate can decrypt the data with his private key and the company that submits a request for this candidate's data (also with its private key). So apart from these two participants, the data is unknown to anyone else. This was the main goal of this project.

They planned regular meetings, met the deadlines, and the communication was quite easy and good. We met in Google Hangouts, and used Jira and Trello.

They came up with the killer feature for the project and we liked their way of thinking and trusted them to implement the solution.

Everything was ok.

We needed to develop a unified system for managing trade and warehouse accounting, intranet, logistics, CRM, finance, and PIM system for a wholesale and retail network. We needed: - high speed of the website with big data (the list of products could exceed more than 100 thousand items) - implementation of the logging system and storing each data change in the history.

For example, changing inventory balances, changing the PIM system, etc. (who changed, what changed, what changed, when changed). - the flexible setting of tables, filters, and reports (with export to Excel) - implementation of the role system

We found them through a referral and considered them along with several other vendors.

They developed the system in Python, and the Django framework was used as the API part of the application. The GreenPlum database was chosen to work with goods, documents, directories, and other business logic entities. They realized the implementation of the roles which allows us to quickly and flexibly store roles/rights and access policies. Roles can now be managed through the standard web interface of the system.

There were 6 people in the core team, including a project manager, Python developers, and a QA specialist.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

They developed the frontend on ReactJS as an SPA application, which ensures fast work with data without reloading pages, unnecessary transitions, and re-renders, allowing us to work with CRM as a full-fledged application.

Analytical tools of the database itself, as well as a powerful engine for working with indexed data based on ElasticSearch, were used as complex filters for analytical queries. Frequently used data, as well as the results of intermediate reports, were stored in an independent cache in Redis, which is also very convenient.

We were a part of the development team for the metal factory and needed to hire professional Python developers to help with the CRM (logistics and planning) development and analytics. Their goal was to automate calculations as much as possible based on previously collected data and updated information from CRM on retail sales and shipments to dealers.

For data collection, they used modules previously developed in Golang - this allowed them to optimize the cost of consuming computing resources during the initial collection and processing of data in the ELT (Extract Transform Load) process, as well as preparing it for analytical systems written in Apache Airflow (DAG - Python modules).

We launched the project on time and reached all the deadlines. Their team performed really well, and we will gladly continue working with them in the future if such an opportunity comes.
