Our Story

AI Capital Factory is a family-run software company from Samarkand, Uzbekistan, founded in August 2026 and an IT Park Uzbekistan resident. We build pipelines, not chatbots: a lead comes in raw and comes out qualified, with a booked meeting. Alongside client work we build our own products: SUV AI for irrigation, EstIQ for apartment pricing, KONTUR for satellite crop monitoring. Our method is visible on our own projects. We are new and have no client case studies yet, and we say so.

What Sets Us Apart

Pay only if the metric is met

Before we start, we fix in writing what success means and how it is measured. If a pilot misses that metric, the stage is not paid. That is also why we turn down jobs where success cannot be counted.

Your code, your data

Everything runs in your environment: your server, your n8n, your AI model keys. Code, access and documentation are handed over, and you can ask for the handover in week two. We do not keep, resell or train on your data.

Prices published up front

No 'let's discuss on a call'. One process turnkey from $1,200 + $300/month in 2 weeks; three to four linked processes from $6,500 + $700/month in 4 weeks. The first process audit is free and takes 48 hours.

Automating one concrete process where success can be counted: lead intake and replies in Telegram and WhatsApp, CRM set-up in amoCRM or Bitrix24, moving data between messengers, spreadsheets, CRM and 1C, and reports that build themselves. We have dedicated offers for car dealerships, accounting firms, made-to-order manufacturing, real estate developers and clinics in Uzbekistan. We also take custom AI products when nothing off the shelf exists: your data, your model.

Three steps. 1) Breakdown: you answer six questions about how the process works today, and within 48 hours you get a map of what to take off people first, second and third. It is free and no call is needed to start. 2) Pilot: we build one pipeline and run it live, with the 'before' metric fixed in writing up front. 3) Handover: code, access and documentation are yours; support by subscription or on your own, your choice.

Process audit: 48 hours. One process turnkey (Pipeline): 2 weeks from a signed spec to running live. Three to four linked processes (Shop floor): 4 weeks. A custom AI product: from 8 weeks to a pilot. A rush of 1.5 to 2 times faster is possible only if a slot is free; if not, we say so instead of missing the date.

With one number agreed in writing before work starts, for example: time to first reply drops from 40 minutes to 5, or two hours of manual report assembly disappear from the week. If the pilot misses that metric, the stage is not paid. If success cannot be counted, we would rather not take the job.
