AI in Action is a German AI agency for the Mittelstand - small and mid-sized businesses in the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland).
We automate business processes with AI, low-code and no-code tooling, and ship production-ready solutions in two days to two months. Not in quarters.

- Pragmatism over strategy theatre. No six-month concept phases, no slide decks. We start small, ship a working version one, learn, iterate.
- Deterministic where possible, probabilistic only where needed. We don't delegate everything to LLMs. Where a classical workflow is more reliable and cheaper, that's what we build — and we add AI only where it genuinely improves the outcome.
- Established tools over elegant rebuilds. We work with proven open-source platforms and combine them with custom code, not the other way round. Built for SMB production environments, not experimentation.
- Data sovereignty by default. We host on European infrastructure, ideally in Germany. Relevant for any client handling sensitive customer or operational data.

Our Story
AI in Action was founded in 2026 by Andreas Mose, after a decade in B2B sales and product - most recently building AI use-cases at a German digital agency.
The frustration wasn't the work; it was watching smart projects vanish into enterprise decision cycles that took months or even years. We built AI in Action for the opposite: The Mittelstand (SMBs) in the DACH region that decides in a week and benefits in <2 months. We're not the consultancy that strategizes. We're the one that builds.
