Ahrom Labs

Ahrom Labs is an industrial systems engineering practice in Ahmedabad, India. We build the systems a business runs on: custom ERP and CRM, accounting and compliance, and AI built into those systems rather than added on top.

Every engagement starts by mapping how the business actually works: its entities, workflows, approvals, and the rules people carry in their heads. That map becomes the foundation of the system, so the software fits the business instead of the business bending to the software.

What we have built and run in production:

• A manufacturing ERP for a boiler and pressure-vessel maker that assembles each boiler’s IBR statutory folder from material test certificates in minutes, traces every plate offcut back into stock by weight, and keeps the books itself: GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, TDS and bank reconciliation.
• An ERP and CRM for an electronics component trader that posts approved invoices into TallyPrime within 30 seconds and reads invoices, bills of entry and bank statements with AI at 88–95% zero-correction, each checked by a person before posting.
• One shared system for two sister companies in interior design and furniture, each invoicing on its own letterhead and GSTIN, with vendor charges checked against agreed rates automatically.

Our AI follows one rule: the system suggests, a person confirms, and nothing posts to the books on a guess. Assistants answer from the client’s own records, in English or Hinglish, and never invent a number.

How we work: a short fixed-fee modeling phase, then a fixed price for each build phase, with scope agreed in writing before work starts. Each phase goes live and is in use before the next begins. After go-live, an annual maintenance contract covers hosting, fixes and small changes.

We take on a small number of clients at a time. The founder, Pujan Motiwala, maps each business and builds the system himself.
