Agilyti is an AI-native engineering services firm specializing in Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) engagements, embedded engineering teams, and executive search for technology organizations. We design, staff, and operate dedicated engineering teams, then transfer full operational ownership to our clients when they're ready. Agilyti was built by practitioners. Our founding proof point is scaling an offshore engineering organization from 10 to 250 engineers in 18 months, not as an outside consultant, but as the operator running the build. We bring that same execution model to every client engagement. We work across three engagement types:

• Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT): We design the team structure, hire the talent, build the operational infrastructure, and operate it for 12–36 months before transferring a fully functioning engineering organization to the client.
• Embedded Engineering Teams: Dedicated, managed squads integrated directly into client product and delivery workflows. Full-stack, AI/ML, data engineering, DevOps, cloud, and Web3 capabilities.
