To automate marketing and lead generation activity, across multi duristiction engagements, providing rapid access to topic research, related marketing content and images, facilitating inteligent and evidenced content being put into the market.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Content production time cut from around 12 hours a week to about 2 hours of oversight, freeing around 10 hours a week. Posting moved from reactive and ad hoc to planned and brand-consistent across four LinkedIn pages, with a person approving every post.

Diligent project management, agreeing deadlines up front and consistently meeting them. Understood our ability to deploy reasource to support would be limited so managed questions into us to gain information and detail in an efficient manner
