I am the marketing director for Toyota of New Bern, an automotive specialist group that provides car parts, service, collision, and sales.

What challenge were you trying to address with Affinitiv Inc?

We hired Affinitiv Inc to develop creative assets for our company. 

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Affinitiv Inc develops and publishes our creative assets, including commercial visual and audio components. They work with us to develop our scripts, commercials, logo designs, and ad designs for our marketing campaigns and website. Affinitiv Inc also produced videos for us. Their team brings in camera crews to film live footage at our store. From there, they edit and complete audio mixing to produce the final video. Affinitiv Inc also creates animated videos for us. 

What is the team composition?

I work directly with three teammates from Affinitiv Inc, including the creative manager and a director. 

How did you come to work with Affinitiv Inc?

Affinitiv Inc was already working with my company when I started here. 

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent $200,000–$250,000 with Affinitiv Inc thus far. 

What is the status of this engagement?

My company has been working with Affinitiv Inc since November 2018, and our engagement is ongoing. 

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

I don’t have any specific company growth metrics from our work with Affinitiv Inc, but our customers love the content Affinitiv Inc produces. We’ve received a lot of positive feedback about the animation videos they’ve created with our company mascot. I am extremely satisfied with the work Affinitiv Inc has done for the company. 

How did Affinitiv Inc perform from a project management standpoint?

Affinitiv Inc helps us structure our budget, which is very helpful. I communicate with their team via text messages or email. We have weekly and monthly strategy meetings on Zoom. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

Affinitiv Inc can turn around ad designs and commercials within 3–4 days to meet the automotive industry changes. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

I can’t think of anything Affinitiv Inc can improve.

Hire Affinitiv Inc! They’re very affordable and produce great work.
