As a project manager at IntelligentBee, my collaboration with Razvan focused on expanding our network of partners to support our growth in outsourced support, BPO, and AI solutions. We identified and approached entities such as SaaS providers, business consulting firms, tech bloggers and influencers, digital marketing agencies, web development agencies, startup incubators, professional networking groups, event organizers and conferences, educational platforms, and cloud service providers. 

The process involved conducting around 60 exploratory calls and we managed to sign over 25 contracts. This increase in partnerships led to a notable uptick in our client base, necessitating an expansion of our team. To handle this increased workload, we brought on board more than 75 new employees.
