Platform Development and Metaverse Integration:

User Profiles & Digital Collectibles: Enable users to create custom TCG profiles, mint NFTs of player moments, and trade fractional ownership in graded trading cards.

Marketplace: Build a user-friendly marketplace that supports viewing, purchasing, and bidding on NFTs and digital collectibles.

MetaMask Integration: Facilitate secure login and transactions via MetaMask, supporting purchases with cryptocurrency or credit/debit options.

Key Deliverables Summary:

Platform with user-friendly marketplace for NFT and fractional card ownership.

For TCG Fandom, measurable outcomes demonstrating progress and success focus on user engagement, platform adoption, and market traction, as well as advancements in blockchain and ecommerce capabilities:

• NFT and Digital Collectible Sales: The number and value of NFTs sold, including player highlights and customizable avatars, show traction in the ecommerce space.
• Fractional Ownership Transactions: The volume and frequency of trades for fractional ownership of physical cards are indicators of interest and engagement in innovative trading formats.
• Repeat Purchases: An increasing rate of repeat purchases reflects user satisfaction and sustained engagement with the marketplace.

Aetsoft impresses with its strong focus on Web3 and blockchain solutions, from NFTs to DeFi apps and metaverse integration. They’re flexible and client-centered, using methods like Agile and Kanban to ensure their tech fits smoothly with clients’ needs. Their balance of expertise and adaptability makes them a standout in blockchain innovation.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Aetsoft could have done differently?

Aetsoft could improve by bridging the gap between the sales and project delivery teams to ensure a smoother, more cohesive client experience. While the sales team’s “can-do” approach builds trust and optimism, the project team’s initial resistance can create frustration and slow down progress. Aligning these teams on expectations, approach, and communication style could reduce friction and improve flexibility and collaboration, providing a more consistent and positive experience throughout the project.

The open-source software has built a decentralized network for the distribution of career credentials to people who make those achievements. The software is run independently by credential issuers, individuals, and verifiers who do not need to rely on any central servers for it to function. The software that has been built includes:

• API server development using NodeJS, Jest integration tests & Swagger API Specifications
• Mobile application development using React Native & Javascript
• Website development using React, Javascript & CSS
• Blockchain contract development using Solidity
• CI/CD using Github Actions
• Manual QA

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Delivery of tickets within estimated time frames

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

We ran project management and incorporated the developers directly into our squads. Delivery of tickets, measurement of actuals vs estimates, and feedback were handled directly by our team leads.  In the few occasions that we were dissatisfied with a worker, and they were unable to improve their performance, Aetsoft was able to find replacements promptly of equivalent or better technical level.

Excellent. When the innevitable discrepencies arised between my company's vision and the deliverable, AET sales staff was quick to address and help form a solution that worked for both sides. (Thanks, Artem!!!!!)

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Tech was good. Their sales staff, Artem, was amazing. If I every expand my biz to his geograpich area, I will try to hire him.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Aetsoft could have done differently?

Not really. Some high turnover, which meant lost weeks in engineers learning the previously written code. But I have run tech companies, so makes sense, and not a big deal
