We came to Aetsoft with a large online project that basically had no real infrastructure: no CI/CD, no monitoring, no reliable deployments. The goal was simple in theory and hard in practice. We needed to build a clean, secure AWS setup that scales, doesn’t fall apart under load, and lets the team focus on the product.

Aetsoft started with an audit, then laid out a clear roadmap and delivered fast. The architecture was built in layers:

• Base layer: networking, container registries, automated builds, GitLab runners, and a solid CI/CD foundation.
• Middle layer: fully managed Kubernetes with proper multi-environment support. We can run dev, staging, prod, and custom environments without hacks or manual work. Everything is controlled from GitLab.
• Top layer: application deployment. Each microservice builds, scans, and deploys automatically to the right environment.

Every microservice has its own GitLab pipeline. Builds trigger on code changes or tags, security scans run with sensible allow-lists, and deployments are either one-click or fully automatic depending on the branch and reminder. No manual steps, no guessing.

What I really appreciated is the documentation. Everything is explained: variables, modules, scripts, decisions. You don’t need the original authors around to understand the system six months later. Onboarding is fast, and the risk of breaking things seems much lower.

Today we can spin up environments in minutes, release safely, monitor everything with clear dashboards, and scale without stress. The entire infrastructure is code-driven and predictable. The team stopped wasting time on ops issues and got back to building the product.

Aetsoft worked cleanly and transparently. They explained why decisions were made, pushed back when something didn’t make sense, and avoided overengineering. The end result is practical, stable, and business-friendly.

The open-source software has built a decentralized network for the distribution of career credentials to people who make those achievements. The software is run independently by credential issuers, individuals, and verifiers who do not need to rely on any central servers for it to function. The software that has been built includes:

• API server development using NodeJS, Jest integration tests & Swagger API Specifications
• Mobile application development using React Native & Javascript
• Website development using React, Javascript & CSS
• Blockchain contract development using Solidity
• CI/CD using Github Actions
• Manual QA

Delivery of tickets within estimated time frames

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

We ran project management and incorporated the developers directly into our squads. Delivery of tickets, measurement of actuals vs estimates, and feedback were handled directly by our team leads.  In the few occasions that we were dissatisfied with a worker, and they were unable to improve their performance, Aetsoft was able to find replacements promptly of equivalent or better technical level.
