The fact that we have been able to shape and bear responsibility together with our office for almost 30 years in a growing city - and with such a team - is a pleasure and honor as a publicly appointed surveyor of Berlin.
Publicly appointed surveyors are chartered freelancers and dually certified experts in real estate matters. The content of the geodetic university education (1st state examination) includes surveying fundamentals as well as general law, economics, property valuations, land readjustment, urban planning, construction technology and traffic planning. In the course of the legal traineeship in surveying and real estate (2nd state examination), these basics are deepened and supplemented by the aspect of administrative law.
We are subject to the supervision of the Senate Department for Urban Development, Construction and Housing and the Berlin Chamber of Construction.
