I’m the co-founder of Xpanse Connect. We organize exclusive, invitation-only roundtables for executives, fostering deep discussions and lasting relationships in both virtual and physical settings.

We needed help building processes from the ground up.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Advocacy Bridge put in place a process to get reviews from the attendees of our roundtables on Trustpilot and Clutch. We had to do the actual work.

We worked with 2–5 teammates from Advocacy Bridge.

They joined one of our virtual roundtables. We chose them because their pricing fit our budget, they offered good value for the cost, and their company values aligned with ours.

We spent less than $10,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with them in January 2026, and the project ended in June 2026.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We went from 0 to 40+ Trustpilot reviews and got one solid Clutch review. Overall, we were happy with our work with Advocacy Bridge.

How did Advocacy Bridge perform from a project management standpoint?

They delivered on time. The team communicated through virtual meetings, emails, and messages.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They had constant attention.

Are there any areas they could improve?

We were probably too small to work with them long-term. We didn’t have the time or staff to dedicate to all of their tasks. We trusted them, but at times, it felt like they wanted to know all the ins and outs of our business, which not every company may feel comfortable with.
