I engaged with Advastar to hire a web development manager. They sourced a number of candidates for me and I ended up hiring one of them. While this project was ongoing, my HR specialist quit so I decided to ask Advastar to find a replacement. They did so relatively quickly and she was hired within 6 weeks of the project start date.

We were able to hire a web development manager within 12 weeks after not finding any suitable candidates on our own after a 6 month search (we actually hired two people on our own, neither of whom worked out).

All deliverables (initial candidates, screened candidates, contract assistance, onboarding) were assigend on time. They were extremely responsive. In fact, I don't think we ever even waited more than 12 hours for a response to any emails we sent them.
