Holiday Hill Hotel & Suites is a three-star property. We also have a restaurant. I’m the manager there.

What challenge were you trying to address with Adsture?

The main task involved website development.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Adsture developed our website and designed our logo. They’re also handling our digital marketing, including SEO and social media.

We gave them an idea of what we wanted our website to be like. After this, they suggested some ideas, and we created the website together. They’ve also been updating our website for the past year.

The social media marketing is primarily for Facebook and Instagram. They update our profiles and promote our pages. Adsture also performs online review management.

What is the team composition?

I have two main points of contact over there. One contact handles web development and Girish (Digital Marketing Executive, Adsture) works with the marketing part.

How did you come to work with Adsture?

I found out about them from a friend whose company had used Adsture’s services.

How much have you invested with them?

Website development was $10,000–15,000. Including SEO, the costs go up to $30,000. 

What is the status of this engagement?

Adsture was already working for the company when I joined 6–7 months ago. I believe the collaboration with them started one year ago in November 2018. We’re still working with them to add content to the site, make changes to the layout, and supply pictures.  

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Adsture delivered what we wanted. We’re 95% satisfied with their work. Our business improved after the engagement began. We’re getting more visibility, and more people are learning about our website and property. The hotel is getting more calls and inquiries compared to last year.

How did Adsture perform from a project management standpoint?

They’re very good at communication. They make everything clear for us, and the project runs smoothly. We haven’t encountered anything they weren’t able to deliver. They call us whenever they have doubts, and vice-versa.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I’ve been impressed with their patience. They have no problem getting on a call to review site changes. They’re friendly and I can openly discuss my preferences with them. I’m comfortable working with them and calling them anytime.  

Are there any areas they could improve?

They completed all the work we asked of them on time, so we don’t have any complaints. I can’t comment on the technical part, but the delivery, timeliness, and communication are all good.

Do you have any advice for future clients of theirs?

Clients should just go ahead and start talking to them. Once they start working with Adsture, I’m sure they’ll enjoy it.

Team Adsture works on global projects that need core PHP Application Development skills. They also cater to Web Development projects, WordPress, Core skills in UX and UI skills. Using UI TOOLs they used were : Adobe XD, Sketch, Illustrator, Photoshop, AXURE RP is their specialty. Dedicated bunch... Honest work. You can easily trust them as your extended family.

What was the team composition?

Team of 5 ... UX UI skillsets, Basic WordPress developer's, Exceptional Photoshop skills and can develop PHP from Scratch anyday.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

These websites are critical to our business functions. Each of these portals are required to localize within the respective Geographic community. All our candidate applications are core to our website. Leads leads... And Leads...

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

Agile model of delivery. Portals are completed in phases. Slight delay and yet they caught up on delivery cycles eventually.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their patience levels... Through number of iterations is commendable. Unlike any other vendor in the industry that I've worked with before. They understand they're family...

Are there any areas for improvement?

They could improve on being proactive about status updates. Oh but they are working with us daily. They do send email updates when we give them space to breathe. Mission-Critical projects take a lot of mind space.
