Conversion, clients signed through social ads

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

Their project management was all over the place, is was clear that they were an extremely lean team who didn't necessarily know what they were doing and who should be doing what - as if they were winging 80% of decisions. Turnarounds were always spotty, with several deadline resulting in complete radio silence, making it clear that they were behind the timeline that THEY outlined and just wanted to buy several extra days by essentially 'ignoring' you.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I initially was impressed by all the claims they were making - however, unfortunately ended up being impressed with nothing. Ultimately, culminating in frustrating disappointment once the working relationship was over as they failed to deliver anything of value. They only really engage once they've hooked you in, but once you sign with them, they do less than the bare minimum - as exhibited by the poor results. Probably could have spent $5 on fiver for even better results.

Are there any areas for improvement or something AdScope Digital could have done differently?

Too many areas of improvement to list, as they seem like a small team comprised of unqualified individuals who were brought on with the main goal of hooking people in and saying/promising anything in order to do so.
