I am an HR generalist for a cloud infrastructure company.

What challenge were you trying to address with ADP?

We needed an online product to manage our HR function.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

ADP provided us with a software tool for HR management. The platform allows us to manage our payroll services and employee documentation services. Additionally, it helps with recruitment, talent management, and benefits administration. 

What is the team composition?

We were in contact with 2 members of the ADP team. The first individual helped get us in touch with our second, who is our account manager.

How did you come to work with ADP?

ADP was referred to us by our current director of human resources. We chose them over other HR management software companies because they were the best fit for our needs. 

How much have you invested with them?

We have invested over $100,000 at this point. 

What is the status of this engagement?

We started using ADP in January 2018.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Using ADP has cut down our recruitment time by at least 40%. It’s much easier to go through resumes and look at candidates than it was before. 

How did ADP perform from a project management standpoint?

We communicate with them via phone, and they also have a ticketing portal. ADP is proactive and quick to respond.

What did you find most impressive about them?

It’s a one-stop shop for all of our HR needs. Instead of having separate systems that you have to try and link, everything’s united in one place.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They do a good job releasing updates that usually alleviate whatever issues we end up having. They could make the platform slightly more customizable. 

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Be very clear about the questions you are trying to ask so they don’t misunderstand. State your intentions clearly.
