Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

Phase 1: Analysis and Strategy. Phase 1 of the project will be executed during the first two months of collaboration between Adithana and Waterspeed. It will include the following activities: 

• 1.1 Organizing strategy meetings together with Waterspeed’s management and marketing teams to discuss and define: 
  • Main goals of the project 
  • Company’s tone of voice on social media 
  • Key customer personas 
  • Value proposition and USP 
  • Key channels for outreach 
• Analysis of existing channels and Waterspeed’s profile optimization 
• Competitors’ analysis and brainstorming of content ideas 
• Creatingsocialmediastrategyandplan 

Phase 2: Execution and testing social media plan during month 3 of our mutual engagement. During this phase we will kick off the process, start creating and posting different content formats and ensure that everything is aligned with the brand tone of voice. The following key activities will be performed: 

• Weekly meetings with the marketing manager to discuss and approve the content for the upcoming week 
• Writing the post copies based on the discussed plan (up to 3 per week) that will be updated across channels to match the channel specifics 
• Selecting visuals for the copies or creating simple designs using Canva (when necessary) 
• A monthly meeting to track the progress of the activities, analyze the outcomes, and suggest iterations for the next phase. 

3. Phase 3: Accelerate engagement. Phase 3 will continue from month four to month six of the project. At this stage, it is expected that the process will be fully defined, and we will leverage the social media content by including new formats, social media engagement, and paid campaigns. This phase will consist of the following activities: 

• Weekly meetings with the marketing manager to discuss the new content types (such as video) and approve the content for the upcoming week. 
• Writing 3 to 4 post copies a week based on a preapproved social media plan that will be updated across the selected channels to match the specifics of the channel. 
• Selecting visuals for the copies or creating simple designs using Canva (when necessary) 
• Experimenting with new formats such as concepts for short videos.
