I’m the services manager of a technology infrastructure company.

What challenge were you trying to address with Adintelo?

We’ve worked with Adintelo on projects related to software development, app development, video analytics solutions, computer vision, machine learning, and other things. 

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

When we have projects, Adintelo usually develops things from scratch. They’ve used Angular, React, Python, Django, Azure and GCP Cloud, and video analytics solutions. We have a couple of ongoing projects, while some are in maintenance. Others have been finished. 

What is the team composition?

We work with 7–10 people, including front- and backend developers, architects, technical leads, and a project manager. 

How did you come to work with Adintelo?

We learned about Adintelo at a training program we attended.

How much have you invested with them?

Our investment has been around 700 million–800 million Colombian pesos (approximately $140,000–$160,000 USD). 

What is the status of this engagement?

The engagement started in January 2019, and it’s ongoing. 

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

We’ve had truly positive results for the project, and Adintelo has shown great skills and availability. We’ve encountered challenges in every software project, but the team has always been able to solve them to keep everything moving forward. 

How did Adintelo perform from a project management standpoint?

We haven’t had any issues with project management. If there are any changes to the originally planned scope of work and schedule, we’re always able to reach agreements. We’ve used Trello and Smartsheet as project management tools; we use Teams and Google Meet to communicate. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their skills and service attitude are impressive. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, there aren’t any. In technology projects, there will always be setbacks. We do encounter bugs every once in a while, but Adintelo compensates for that. They’re always ready to intervene. 

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Be clear on your expectations and needs from the beginning of the project. Being clear about what you need is key to a successful project.
