AdaptAI is a custom software development and AI consulting firm based in
Surrey, British Columbia, working with small and medium businesses across
Metro Vancouver, the Greater Toronto Area, Calgary and Kelowna.

We build one custom application to replace the stack of rented tools a
growing business ends up paying for: CRM, quoting, scheduling, invoicing,
and the spreadsheet that ties them together. Customers, jobs, invoices and
reporting live in a single record behind a single login, on your own
database. We build on mainstream technology (Next.js, PostgreSQL) and hand
over the source code at the end, so nothing about the system depends on us
staying involved.

Alongside the builds we run hands-on AI training for non-technical teams,
built from an audit of the work your staff actually do rather than a
generic curriculum.

How we work: every engagement starts with a free 30-minute review of the
tools you currently pay for. From there you get a fixed-price scope in
writing, with no hourly billing and no retainer, and a build measured in
weeks with a working demo every two weeks. A focused single-login system
typically ships in six to ten weeks. Discovery and demos run over video
wherever you are; kickoff, data migration and training days happen on site
when the project benefits from it, and that travel is priced into the quote
up front.

Founded by Harry Gill, who spent a decade across accounting, sales and
business operations before starting AdaptAI to bring practical AI to the
businesses that need it most.
