Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

We engaged Adaca to embed a senior developer directly into our team to build Lineer's AI outbound platform from the ground up. Rather than working with an external vendor at arm's length, the developer worked alongside our founder day to day, attending stand-ups and shaping technical decisions together as the platform was built. The scope covered building the core platform architecture for running a dedicated AI agent per contact, the research and personalisation engine that powers tailored outreach emails, and the campaign management tools that let us run and monitor outbound at scale. The engagement also extended to building out an AI-assisted CRM to support our sales and account management workflows. Deliverables included the Outreach Agent and Nurture Agent products, the AI-assisted CRM, the underlying infrastructure to support multiple client verticals, and ongoing technical support as the platform continues to evolve.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The engagement successfully delivered two distinct products, the Outreach Agent and the Nurture Agent, plus an AI-assisted CRM to support sales and account management. Beyond the initial build, the platform has been able to scale to support personalised, agent-per-contact outreach across multiple client verticals without requiring a rebuild each time a new use case or industry was added. The team was also responsive throughout, turning around new features and fixes quickly as requirements evolved. The engagement has continued well beyond the initial build, a direct result of the platform's success and the strength of the working relationship.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

Project management has been excellent throughout. Deadlines have consistently been met, and the team is proactive, often identifying and fixing bugs before they're even raised. Communication is responsive and requests are dealt with quickly, whether it's a new feature or an urgent fix. There's never been any pushback on scope of work, regardless of how large or complex the request, which has made the relationship easy to work with and given us real confidence in the team's reliability

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

What stands out most is the quality and consistency of the individual embedded with us. Rather than working with a rotating cast of contractors, we've had the same senior developer with us since the start, which means he understands the business as well as anyone on our own team does. That continuity, combined with his reliability and proactive approach to problem solving, has made the relationship feel less like an outsourced vendor arrangement and more like having a genuine long term team member.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Adaca could have done differently?

Honestly, nothing comes to mind. The engagement has run smoothly and any minor issues that have come up have been addressed quickly, so there isn't anything we'd point to as an area for improvement at this stage.
