What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

There were no measurable outcomes that demonstrated success.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

They use Asana for project management, however, there is no management structure or checks and balances, plus the staff working on your account never see your contract, so they have no idea what you have been promised. A few of the freelance contractors that Ad Alchemy hired were truly excellent, however, people that good eventually realized that Ad Alchemy is a poorly run business and most likely a scam, so they all left.

Nobody that started working on our account was there by the time we terminated our contract 5 months later. The average duration of staff on our account was 2 months +/-.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their advertising claims they will scale your business with their proprietary "AI Scaling Script TM" or if not you'll get a full refund. In reality, they have no proprietary technology or trademark AND they dont adhere to their contracts, so don't expect any refund if they fail to perform or breach the contract.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Ad Alchemy could have done differently?

Ad Alchemy needs to improve in many areas.

• Staff - most staff is part time contractors who quit or are fired every few months. Staff is inconsistent and there is little continuty when there is staff turnover
• Contract - the contracts include deliverables that are not met. Contracts should be realistic.
• Advertising - Ad Alchemy advertises their AI Scaling Script TM which doesn't actually exist. They should be truthful in their advertising
• Guarantee - Ad Alchemy advertises a "Full Refund" guarantee and boasts that they have refunded 0% of clients because they are so successful when in fact the real reason they have 0% refunds is that they refuse to honor their contractual obligation. We had to dispute the charge with our credit card provider since Ad Alchemy won't follow their own contract terms and conditions.
• Management and Infrastructure - we could not find any shred of evidence that there was any management or infrastructure
