Fixed prices, agreed before work starts

A fixed price comes with a written list of what's in it. If something changes, I quote it in writing before anyone starts on it.

Hosted in Sydney, backed up nightly

Sites run on servers in Sydney and back up every night to a second machine in Brisbane, with 30 days kept. Every week a restore runs to check the backups actually work.
