Nolan Coats, CEO of Acefluento marketing agency began by addressing our need for an organized and functional digital presence. Our previous system was a cumbersome "hard copy" file system with limited organization. Nolan designed and built a comprehensive website that is responsive, up-to-date, and serves as an excellent resource for our members. This website includes:

• Home Page: Fast-loading, informative, and easy to navigate. About Us Page: Connects visitors with the church, showcasing who we are and what we do. Services Section: Detailed information on weekly live streams, Bible studies, previous sermons, and more.
• Online Giving Platform: Acefluento integrated a robust online giving platform, enabling our members to make their Sunday offerings via QR code or direct link efficiently. This platform has significantly improved our collection process, accruing over $4,000 in the last quarter and more than $12,000 over the past year.
• Social Media and Content Management: Nolan has consistently optimized and managed our online platforms. He ensures that our YouTube and Facebook accounts are regularly updated with weekly live streams, events, and resource postings, enhancing our outreach and engagement with the congregation.
• Educational Services: Acefluento also conducted a 10-week in-person tech tips class. This program offered basic tech advice, tips on using free tools, and hands-on support, helping our members become more tech-savvy.

• Enhanced Online Presence: Regular updates and live streaming on YouTube and Facebook have increased engagement and reach.
• Educational Impact: The 10-week tech tips class resulted in 8 graduates, with significant improvement in tech literacy as evidenced by positive feedback and successful quiz completions.

We have had a great business relationsip and continue to find ways to foster mutual growth. I would say Acefluento could possibly offer more in-person assistance instead of virtual or over the phone but even that is not a negative
