Overall Satisfaction with Ace Cloud Hosting's Virtual Desktop Infrastructure. My organization uses Ace Virtual Desktop infrastructure across few departments. We use Ace Virtual Desktop infrastructure in our organization as it has the capability to make desktop computers and workstations obsolete and makes virtually accessible all the remote desktops, servers, operating systems and laptops within my organization.

Without Ace-Virtual Desktop infrastructure accessible, all those devices remotely would not have been possible.

We have used Ace Cloud Hosting's services for VDI across a few departments. As our team was expanding, We Require a well VDI Solution for our Organisation. we came across Ace Cloud Hosting - Virtual Desktop infrastructure, it has made our life much smoother and easier and saved our costs as well as avoids installing anti-malware and anti-ransomware software on each user's machine, virtually accessible all the remote desktops, servers, operating systems, and laptops within my organization o one Location.

There were 10 Resources allocated for our Project.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

It has increased our 45% efficiency for the organization, and the mode of communication got smooth and saved so much resource cost.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Everything was well on time, We mostly used audio and video calls for the mode of communication, whenever we had a question Ace team was very prompt with the reply to assist us, and very much satisfied with the support team.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I really liked the Support team, as they were very prompt with their replies and solutions to our queries.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

We wished they could have helped us with Website development for our project but that was outside of their scope.
