Accuity LLP is a new name for an established firm, rich in its history and roots in Hawaii. Our office was founded in 1951, when John A. (Jack) Baker, Jr. and David O. Gillette started the Baker & Gillette, CPA firm. In 1965, Baker & Gillette merged with Lybrand, Ross Bros. & Montgomery, becoming one of the Big Eight U.S. accounting firms. In 1973, we became part of an international firm when we merged with Cooper Brothers of the United Kingdom.
