To help us with managing the books/accounts. And submit all the necessary info to HMRC and pay taxes on time.
What were your goals for this engagement?
Our goal was to pay taxes on time, get tax rebates and navigate the general tax laws.

Came across them via google when I was searching for a company that dealt with online companies.

Had a chat with a lady from the company, I explained my situation, described my needs and she proceed to help me with the onboarding since they were able to help me with my needs.

First month was really low, after that its been around £120/month. Fair price for the service I get.
What was the team composition?
Mainly dealing with 1 guy from the firm, though I of course have access to other experts within their firm.
Can you share any outcomes from the engagement that demonstrate progress or success?
Happy with the results, I've been able to keep track of everything I owe HMRC and get VAT refunds on time.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
Generally very easy to communicate with the firm, they normally reply to my emails within 1 day.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
The consistency of the service was impressive.
Are there any areas for improvement?
Nope. Perhaps offer an affiliate marketing program so I can recommend the firm to my peers in return for a commission.

The worst experience ever. I have been waiting for 5 months and have not had anything completed by this company. I have lodged a complaint of which nothing resulted. I have paid over £1500 and have absolutely NOTHING to show for it. Stay well away from this company unless you want to be ripped off and not have your emails/phonecalls responded to.
The worst part of it was all the time I wasted following up in order to get something done. They told me it would and I was left without being able to have the ability to financially manage my books for the past 4 months. They're totally unprofessional.
The company is happy with the service that they got from the Accounts and Legal team. They were consistent, kept track of everything, and easy to communicate with throughout the duration of their working relationship.
