Test acad helped us organize and reproduce hard to find issues in our developed product. They also helped train our QA staff to better identify problems. Key deliverables: 

• Suite of test cases
• Steps to reproduce the most hard to find issues on our mobile apps 
• Workshop with our internal QA staff 
• Editing of our internal processes to factor in quality as a key metric

Fewer bugs in our product. Better trained quality assurance staff. Internal processes that factor quality as a key metric.

We prioritized together the most urgent and important issues. We had a tool that we used for internal communication and a weekly status report meeting.

We needed a reliable and extremely detail-focused partner to do our website testing pre-launch

I have worked with some of the guys on previous projects before and was never disappointed :)

Their team was responsible for creating automated and also manual tests for the workflows we redesigned. This involved both user flows and backend bugs

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

It was very quickly very clear which areas needed a bit more tweaking before going live. Not only they did a good job in testing and presenting the results in a very actionable way but they also did it extremely fast.
