Abrecco was formed in 2001 as a specialist Information Technology recruitment agency based in Edinburgh city centre. To ensure we met our objective of establishing ourselves as a leading brand in the market we first carried out a considered strategy of designing an efficient infrastructure as a foundation for diligently designed and pragmatic business processes and procedures. Only when we were fully satisfied that these scalable technical and business systems were in place did our key consultancy personnel initiate trading. These processes and procedures have been improved over the years and still form our core operating standards today. Since our inception, we have developed long-term working relationships with many of our clients. We have also worked tirelessly to develop our own in-house database of almost 200,000 candidates which, in conjunction with our external resources and a strong network of referrals enables us to continually source and attract the best talent in the market. We have been well received since we started trading in mid-2002 with our evident professionalism having a positive impact with clients and candidates alike. In addition, our consultants and support staff have grown both as individuals and in numbers as the business continues to develop over the years.
