What was the scope of their involvement?

Abovance has made it easier for brides to connect with me. They’ve also made my website faster and easier to use. In addition to this, they’ve made all of my online presence more accessible. The new features they’ve added include better delivery of pictures, a new contact us page, and social media management.

What is the team composition?

We work with one teammate from Abovance.

They were referred to me. I chose them over other options because they had high ratings, their pricing fit our budget, they were a great culture fit, they offered good value for the cost, and their company values aligned with ours.

We started working together in August 2026, and the engagement is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Abovance has gone above and beyond what I could’ve expected. I’m extremely happy with how they’ve met and exceeded my goals. The data shows that more people are finding and staying on my website. Also, more brides are contacting the store to make appointments. Appointment requests have more than doubled.

How did Abovance perform from a project management standpoint?

They’ve been able to deliver everything in a very timely manner. We communicate through in-person meetings and emails or messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I really appreciate how they’ve simplified the communication for me. I’m not technologically advanced, and they’ve walked me through step-by-step of anything that I need to do.

I wouldn’t change a thing.
