Getting ahold of Bashir was like pulling teeth. Emails went unanswered, phone calls weren't returned. It was impossible to get a straight answer about anything.
There were times when I asked basic bookkeeping questions and Bashir seemed completely lost. It raised serious doubts about their qualifications.
