Created a user interface using the React framework to facilitate interactive data analysis. Established a universal metadata layer to facilitate seamless implementation for clients. Designed a universal connector compatible with MongoDB and PostgreSQL databases. Produced a collection of 12 template dashboards. 

This integration of white label analytics features into our software development toolkit enables us to readily provide Business Intelligence and analytics capabilities to both current and prospective clients.

For what projects/services did your company hire A17?

We have a huge clients database on one of our digital products, at the moment we have become able to analyze it properly using spreadsheets, so we needed next step in our pricing algorithms, and client segmentation to reach LTV goals.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Before we chose the A17 team, we spoke with several other companies, but the guys from A17 had the best understanding of our problem, and immediately proposed a solution that seemed optimal within the time and budget criteria, also they responded timely and looked professional from the start of the conversation, so we started trusting them from the beginning.

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

Initially, we provided a base sample to the team to be sure our problem and LTV forecasting could be done using our data, the solution was confirmed and they rolled out their solution to the whole database.

We did several iterations to correct and optimize the forecasting model until we reached the expecting result, and they were accurate on the historical data.

After that forecasting service was put into production, we used it for 4 weeks in the test mode, having all issues solved and questions cleared. The whole implementation took us 12 weeks.

We work with ethnical team consisting of 5 guys, there were architect, an ml engineer, a data engineer, DevOps, and QA. From the business side, there were PMs, administrator,s and some time CEO also.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

in q2 2022 we achieved an LTV rise of 12%, and we expect to improve it by 19% in q3 using our new system. We saved aprox. 1fte on data preparation and transformation as it is all automated now.

Everything they did was smooth and clear.

We were impressed with the short time before the first results, it was really fast.

Documentation could be formatted a little bit more understandable.

1. Data ingestion pipelines build with apache spark and ni-fi. 11 sources, API/SQL. They update our monitoring solution data nearly in real-time. Deployed on our infra.
2. We use custom front end, so final visualisation was done with D3.js., cohort analysis, usage trends and some drill-downs. Drafted in Power BI.
3. Ad-hoc analysis they did for us, 3-5 tasks per week.
