An audit is not the responsibility of the auditor to be successful. The auditor is checking our compliance against the standard. However, 7Security approached this as not strictly an audit, but in a helpful and friendly manner. In the end we achieved our compliance.

We were provided with specific guidance on how the audit will be performed. Specific steps for each phase and guidance for them. We knew exactly what it is expected from us and what we needed to do to achieve it.

They approached the audit in a friendly and helpful but professional way. Most auditors are not like that (some are even borderline aggressive) - 7Security are more of a companion than an auditor. This obviously does not mean they made "discounts" with the requirements: we had to comply with everything, and we did.

No, everything was great and we are very happy.
