What impressed us most was the exceptional seniority and ownership of the engineering team. Unlike other vendors where you constantly have to micromanage junior staff, their team operated with a high level of autonomy. They absorbed complex business requirements smoothly, caught architectural issues early, and actively suggested optimized solutions rather than just blindly writing code.

Are there any areas for improvement or something 724SOFTWARE could have done differently?

Honestly, there are no major areas for improvement regarding their delivery or code quality. If I had to name something, it would be that we should have engaged them much earlier in our product discovery phase. Their senior engineers brought so much architectural insight to the table that we could have avoided some early layout mistakes on our side if we had partnered with them from day one.

Everything went smoothly, but since the onboarding process for multi-role talent was handled very quickly at the beginning, a bit more structured initial documentation could have made the transition even faster. That being said, they adapted rapidly and it didn't impact our overall timeline at all.
