Contracted Guarantees vs. Actual Outcomes:

- Traffic Deliverable: Promised 1,000+ clicks; delivered only 20 clicks total according to Google Analytics data.
- Revenue & Impressions: Promised 50,000+ impressions and $10,000+ in revenue; delivered $0 in revenue.
- A Written Guarantee: Their contract states we are eligible for a full refund if targets are missed - as you can see they have been missed and still no refund, PLUS they charged us again on May 1st.

- Interface Refund Request: Formally requested through their platform system, and followed up multiple times via email, and still not received.

Are there any areas for improvement or something 50Pros™️ could have done differently?

Everything about working with 50Pros™️ needs improvement, particularly their misleading sales promises and non-existent service delivery. PNG They pitched contractually guaranteed benchmarks (50,000+ impressions, 1,000+ clicks, $10,000+ in new revenue) backed by a written money-back guarantee. In reality, Google Analytics verified they delivered only 20 clicks total, $0 in revenue, and completely failed on all promised deliverables. 

To make matters worse, an additional $730.00 one-time fee taken on May 1, 2026, yielded zero deliverables. Despite formal refund requests submitted on July 25th (for the primary contract) and directly through their platform interface (for the additional fee), 50Pros™️ has ignored their own written terms and refused to return our funds.
