What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The project resulted in several successfully published books that were made available to a wider audience through major distribution channels. We saw increased visibility for our titles, improved presentation and professionalism of the books, and a smoother publishing process overall. The quality of the final products and the positive response from readers demonstrated the success of the collaboration.

Following the publication and promotional efforts, our books reached a broader audience across multiple platforms, leading to increased visibility, stronger reader engagement, and a noticeable growth in sales and overall reach. We observed an estimated 25%–55% increase in overall visibility and audience reach after the publishing and marketing efforts. While exact sales figures varied by title and platform, there was a clear upward trend in engagement and consistent improvement in book performance across distribution channels.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Overall, the experience was very smooth, and the team delivered as expected. If anything, a slightly more detailed timeline at the very beginning of the project would have made the process even more transparent, but they were always responsive whenever we needed updates.
