There is no Level 1 support tier and no outsourced technicians: every ticket goes to someone who can resolve it directly, and the same team that designs the standard is the team on-site.
Services include managed and co-managed IT, cybersecurity, Microsoft 365 and cloud management, backup and recovery, cyber insurance readiness, governance and compliance, virtual CIO, and AI readiness and governance. 3rd Element has been named to CRN's MSP 500 (Security 100 category) and won ChannelPro's Partner in Excellence Award for security leadership and community advocacy.
