One of the biggest challenges we faced was inconsistent billing and data mismatches. Since switching to 360S2G, those issues have disappeared. Their system integrates directly with our meter data, so what customers use is exactly what they get billed for. The customer portal is a big plus! Users can see their usage, pay bills, and even set up reminders. It’s made our job easier and built trust with our community.
