BACKGROUND

Please describe your company and your position there.

We are an innovation firm and have been developing products for 50 years and I am a Managing Partner.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

For what projects/services did your company hire 360 Alley, and what were your goals?

We worked with 360 Alley on multiple AR projects that could interact with a custom mobile application and one with a Web-based application for marketing and PR purposes. We wanted the experience to be creative and fun and they nailed it.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

They were originally referred to me by a friend.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

We started out with brainstorm sessions and communicating ideas over email. We would review iterative development sessions where the 360 Alley team would show video over a virtual meeting.

Eventually as the software became more refined, we would utilize Apple Test Pilot for iOS applications on our own devices. There was some additional refinement needed and the final result was great. For the web-based application it was a similar process (without the need for Test Pilot).

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

We worked with the Founder & President and Lead Designer mainly.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Whenever I show the AR experiences to clients they are impressed and they are left with a lasting impression.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

We used many of the standard tools for communication and testing programs to review progress. They are also great for ongoing updates and improvements needed to maintain the software solutions.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They were creative in bringing new ideas to the table.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I felt that they are a great resource and I can't think of anything for improvement.
