It was a personal purchase. During 2020 I knew it was time to move, the space I had at home was no longer enough. For this reason, I was looking for an apartment in San Borja, since I work in that district.

I chose 2K Inmobiliaria because of its experience in the field, as well as the projection that they offered me during the negotiations, they gave me security from the first moment.

The first contact was by phone, I called them to schedule an appointment. Later, we had a meeting where I shared my perspective and what I was looking for. With the information I gave them, they evaluated the alternatives and we were able to have a dialogue to evaluate the properties that could be of interest to me. After that, I was able to visit the property that caught my attention the most, which allowed me to make a decision.

The price of the apartment is $311,793.00, whose financing was agreed upon for a period of 25 years.

I only had contact with a real estate agent who was present throughout the process, from my first contact to the purchase of the apartment in San Borja.

The entire negotiation and contract process took no more than two months. Everything was very fast and precise.

2K Inmobiliaria manages a truly assertive communication. They transmitted security and trust even from the moment we had the phone call. We had a large number of opportunities to coordinate in person, and punctuality was always respected, which seems remarkable to us.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The closeness of the service, the cordiality was always present during the process. Likewise, they were always clear with the information they offered us. They made everything as clear as possible, avoiding ambiguities.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

There is nothing that I did not like during the project. They are the best real estate agency that I met in San Borja.
