2immersive4u created and delivered the AI-generated animation and visual-production elements for the James Bond–inspired opening of the 55th Central Great Lakes Emmy® Awards. Key deliverables included the custom animated show open, visual content designed to complement the staging and video presentation, and a precisely timed interactive sequence in which a live onstage performer engaged directly with the AI animation. Because the performer’s movements, animation, playback, and technical cues had to align perfectly, timing rehearsals were conducted for approximately one month before the event. Despite having no opportunity for an onsite rehearsal, every element came together flawlessly during the live show. The result elevated the scale and energy of the entire production and remains one of the most talked-about show openings among the 19 regional Emmy® chapters.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
The project’s success was demonstrated through executive recognition, strong audience response, industry interest, and multiple national and international awards. Both the Chairman and the President and CEO of the National Academy of Television Arts & Sciences attended the show and were impressed by the unconventional, James Bond–inspired opening.As the first regional Emmy® Awards show to incorporate AI-generated imagery into a live opening, the concept required special approval and represented a significant creative risk. The payoff was substantial: attendees repeatedly asked how the sequence had been created, particularly the precisely timed interaction between the AI animation and the live onstage performer, who in actuality was the executive director of the Emmy® chapter, known to all. The opening subsequently received multiple national and international honors and became a widely discussed production among the 19 regional Emmy® chapters. Most importantly, it demonstrated that, with careful planning and a clear creative vision, AI animation could expand the scale, flexibility, and impact of a regional awards production far beyond a traditional nominee-clip opening.

Failure was not an option—the opening needed to work flawlessly from its first frame to its final live interaction. Over many months of planning and production, we communicated frequently by email to review renders, refine timing, and address creative or technical challenges. When elements of the original concept proved impractical, 2immersive4u quickly developed effective alternatives that preserved the storyline, visual style, and live interactive component. They handled every requested revision professionally and without issue, ultimately delivering a highly stylized, technically precise opening that performed flawlessly during the live show. They consistently met every deadline, responded quickly to revisions, and kept the project moving forward throughout the entire production process. Are there any areas for improvement or something 2immersive4u could have done differently?
Honestly, we experienced no significant issues working with 2immersive4u. This was a first-of-its-kind project, so we were creating and refining the workflow on the fly as we went. For future projects this complex (we learned a lot), I would recommend a more formal preproduction process with clearly defined approval points, detailed timing documents, and an early technical rehearsal using the actual playback system. That could reduce uncertainty and make revisions even more efficient. The only other concern moving forward is the rising cost of producing and revising high-quality AI motion imagery. That was not a problem on this project, but as the technology becomes more sophisticated, the cost of additional renders and revisions could add up quickly. Establishing the number of renders, revision rounds, and any additional costs at the beginning would help everyone protect their budget. From our experience, 2immersive4u adapted to every challenge, responded to every request, and delivered an opening that worked flawlessly.

Fristly, we did a brief and then after that we created story scetch. Following these steps we did storyboards and the full concept for the marketing piece. After that, we produced it and did the extensive testing before deploying it.
