28 Labs is a Dubai-based AI Discovery Intelligence company. We measure how brands appear in AI-generated answers across ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity, and turn that measurement into the moves that win the recommendation.

Buyers increasingly ask AI assistants before they search. Most brands cannot see what those answers say about them, which competitors get recommended instead, or which sources the answers are built from. Traditional search analytics do not read AI answers, and the assistants do not report back.

Our method is repeatable and checkable. We put a fixed set of real buyer questions to multiple AI engines, read and score every answer individually, and report raw, re-derivable counts rather than composite scores. Every engagement separates two things most reporting conflates: visibility on questions that already name your brand, which is handed to you, and visibility on questions you have to earn, which is the commercial measure. We also map the sources behind each answer, showing where visibility is actually won - usually on third-party surfaces rather than your own website.

What you receive: a scored answer record you can audit question by question, a competitor view showing who is recommended instead of you and how often, a source map of the pages the engines drew on, and a prioritised action plan tied to the specific questions each fix would move.

We state our methodology limits publicly. Our measurement reads what engines answer at the time of each wave. It does not observe model training data, and no result is presented as a ranking guarantee.
