I’m a business transformation consultant as well as president and founder of my own business.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with 24Slides?

I needed PowerPoint slides for strategic presentations geared toward CEOs and other C-Suite leaders.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

They’re my go-to team for presentation design. My goal was to create presentations containing new organizational and data strategies for business transformation plans. The slides also involved digital product and editorial strategies. 

I provided them a draft of the slides along with notes on what each slide should cover. They were responsible for making the slides more visually appealing and engaging with graphics and charts. 

What is the team composition?

There’s at least on main account representative, who I had daily interaction with early on in the project. Once the project got started, I was able to digitally input feedback for their team without having to meet.

How did you come to work with 24Slides?

I was referred to them by another graphic design agency. 

How much have you invested with them?

I’ve spent about $5,000 on their work over the years. 

What is the status of this engagement?

I started working with them in November 2018, and we were collaborating on projects until February 2020. We’ve completed about four projects together during that time.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

All of their presentations were well-received by my clients, who continue to use the graphic designs from the slides to this day. 

How did 24Slides perform from a project management standpoint?

They’re great at giving estimates. Additionally, they work diligently through the evening when needed to provide us with the best results. All of the collaboration was conducted on their platform.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They were very efficient in turning projects around. Their offshore team could complete projects overnight.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, I can’t think of anything.
