CRM migration and integration
The CRM workstream moves all customer data, accounts, deals, activities, and custom objects from the current CRM (or legacy system) into the new CRM platform, while preserving business rules, permissions, and reporting.

Key activities include:

• Audit and clean existing CRM data.
• Map source fields and objects to the target CRM, including leads, contacts, companies, opportunities, custom entities, and related attachments.
• Build and configure the new CRM instance.
• Execute iterative test migrations, validate data integrity, and implement fixes before the final cutover.
• Integrate the CRM with existing tools via connectors.

Key deliverables:

• Data‑migration plan and field‑mapping document.
• Cleaned and migrated CRM dataset in the target environment.
• Fully configured CRM with tailored pipelines, views, and dashboards.
• Integration specs and documentation for CRM to external tools.

Website integration and migration
The website workstream either migrates the existing site to a new platform or architecture (e.g. CMS change, hosting move, or redesign) and ensures it remains fully integrated with the CRM and marketing stack.

Key activities include:

• Audit the current site (structure, content, URLs, tracking, forms, CTAs, and integrations).
• Set up staging environments and perform incremental content and page migration.
• Rebuild or re‑theme key pages (homepage, product/service pages, forms, landing pages) to align with brand and UX standards.
• Re‑connect forms and tracking and test cross‑device and cross‑browser behaviour.

Key deliverables:

• Website audit and migration plan.
• Live‑site build with updated content, design, and navigation.
• Technical documentation for website integrations.

Automation and workflows
The automation workstream defines and builds repeatable, rule‑based processes that move data between systems and trigger actions without manual intervention.

Key activities include:

• Map core business processes that need automation.
• Design workflow logic (triggers, conditions, branching, SLAs, error handling, and escalation paths).
• Build and configure automation within the CRM.
• Test workflows end‑to‑end with sample records and edge cases, including failure scenarios and retry logic.
• Document each workflow and agree on monitoring and maintenance responsibilities.

Key deliverables:

• Process‑automation blueprint and workflow diagrams.
• Implemented and tested automation rules.
• Run‑book and monitoring guide for each workflow.

Custom integrations
The custom‑integrations workstream connects systems that do not natively “talk” to each other, using APIs, webhooks, or bespoke middleware.

Key activities include:

• Inventory existing systems and define required data flows.
• Design and document API‑level integration specs.
• Develop and deploy connectors that sync data where needed.
• Document integration architecture, data‑flow diagrams, and support procedures.
