12 Degrees is a full-service, independent corporate event management agency based in Cambridge, delivering events across the UK and internationally since 2006 — twenty years of senior-led, fully accountable delivery.
We manage the whole process end to end: discovery and briefing, budgeting, free venue finding across 550+ UK venues, supplier coordination, technical production, AV, and complete on-the-day management, for groups of 8 to 500+ (and corporate festivals to 2,000+). Services span conferences and meetings, gala dinners and parties, award ceremonies, team building and away days, corporate hospitality, incentive and corporate travel, fundraising and charity events, and full event production.
What makes us different: one team, one point of contact, and total accountability from first conversation to final debrief. Privately owned with no ties to venues or suppliers, our recommendations are always genuinely independent.
