I needed a specific Facebook Page for my work, a website, a Linkedin page and home office IT support

I have worked with Bryan Alexander for many years and have referred him to clients and acquaintances. He is attentive, thoroughly versed in what I need, always ready to do research and easy to work with.

My requests are straightforward: keep me up to date on software and hardware updates; help me maximize my home office equipment; help design attractive online platform windows - i.e., Facebook, etc.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

I am far more able to keep up with the demands of my clients in their wanting online communication. I have a FB page this regularly visited. I do not yet have my Website up because I have enough referral business without it.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The team is always on time, helpful, and accommodating to changes in my schedule.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Bryan is experienced, so easy to work with, affordable for my budget and eager to solve issues...always! and for the past 18 months we have worked together remotely only - no in-person appointments - so efficient and easy.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

No.
